Yoga

UPGiRL’s playful approach to yoga creates an inclusive environment where girls release the need to excel and compete, and fill up with connection and self-love. Classes can be tailored to individual or group depending on needs, whether a vigorous flow or quieter restorative practice. I often begin class with a quick writing prompt to get the introspective juices going before we move.   

Private, semi-private and group sessions available. As with The Write Fit, yoga sessions can be ongoing (e.g., meet weekly) or pop-up workshops for occasions like birthday parties or themed sessions depending on age and interest, such as Yoga for Test Taking, Harry Potter yoga, etc.
